HOWARD DOVE AWARD

REGISTRATION AND JUDGING FORM 2009

TO THE EXHIBITOR: In order that your Colt may be judged, please give the information requested below and return this form to the Vice President by noon on Friday. A roped off and secured table has been provided especially for the Howard Dove Award participants. The Show Chairmen will be able to direct you to the location of the Howard Dove Award table. Please place your Colt on this table for judging. The judges will see that your Colt is covered when they have finished judging on Saturday morning.

Judges are to cast one vote for the outstanding engraved gun. There will be no point system on this award.

wwwww DISPLAY RULES (Howard Dove Award) wwwww

1. The Colt must be produced between January 1, 1956 and present.

2. The Colt can be either factory engraved or aftermarket engraved.

3. Applicant must fill out and return application before noon Friday.

4. Applicant must give description of gun, engraving and serial number.

5. Applicant need not purchase a display table. You only need to identify the gun on the Howard Dove Award table.

6 The Colt must be owned (100% ownership) and displayed by same person.

7. The Colt entered must be on display the entire show and must NOT be for sale.

8. Applicant must be a current C.C.A. member and in good standing.

9. Applicant cannot win both Best Single Weapon and Howard Dove Award.
